ABOUT THE CLIENT:

LILO – Lilienthal Lofts represents a new way of working in northern Munich. The modern commercial property combines architectural sophistication with functional space solutions and is aimed equally at start-ups and established companies. The flexible concept enables individual space solutions – from individual offices to entire building units – and always puts people at the center. High-quality furnishings, fair terms, and communal areas make LILO a scalable business location with great prospects.

THE CHALLENGE

At the start of the project, it was clear that the digital idea of presence had to reflect the full potential of the project from the outset – even if content and images were not fully available at the beginning. The platform should be able to grow gradually without having to be redesigned later. At the same time, it was necessary to translate the modular room concept of the property into digital form and establish a connection between usage scenarios, architecture, and technical structure. In short: create a future-proof digital foundation.

THE WEB AGENCY'S APPROACH

The central goal was to design the structure and layout from the outset in such a way that the website could grow with the project – in terms of functionality, design, and content. A clear, modular structure was developed that integrated central touchpoints such as a simple enquiry form, location visualisation and usage scenarios in the first stage of development. Instead of classic real estate photos, the focus was on real scenes with people, atmosphere and movement – in order to create an emotional connection to the property digitally.

The technical basis was deliberately designed to be open: additional modules such as news areas, event calendars, room booking systems, and interfaces to internal tools are already planned and can be seamlessly integrated. The result is a website that is not a rigid system, but a flexible tool for communication, marketing, and relationship management.

THE RESULT

With www.lilo-space.de, a digital platform has been created that convincingly translates the Lilienthal Lofts concept: modular, user-oriented, and ready for growth. The website not only provides orientation, but also creates a relationship with the property through its design, content, and interactions even before the first on-site appointment. This transforms commercial space into a space of possibilities – and a website into a central marketing and sales tool for a new world of work.
