The challenge was to create a clear structure and user journey for candidates and companies while establishing a transparent, discreet placement system. This included designing a logo and defining a color and typography concept that presents the “Job & Personal” brand in a modern and professional manner. The focus was on integrating clearly structured registration and login areas, a rigorously thought-out user journey, a dynamic search bar, and an innovative matching feature that facilitates networking.
THE RESULT
The new recruitment platform features a fresh corporate design that clearly communicates Job & Personal’s identity and appeals to its two main target groups: employers and recent graduates. The platform is available in German and English and offers both companies and job seekers a direct, efficient way to connect.
