Job & Personal is an innovative company that places international professionals, mainly graduates, with German companies. The agency VIERZEHN02 was commissioned to design and develop a user-friendly recruitment platform. The platform offers free access for both sides and aims to facilitate straightforward, efficient networking between companies and professionals.
The platform not only had to offer an appealing, intuitive design, but also include a complex matching function tailored to the specific needs of the recruitment market. The challenge was to create a clear structure and user journey for applicants and companies while establishing a transparent, discreet placement system. The agency designed the entire system architecture, with creation, strategy, and programming closely coordinated throughout.
Our agency developed a comprehensive corporate design and a user-friendly platform layout. This included designing a logo and defining a color and font concept that presents the “Job & Personal” brand in a modern and professional manner. The focus was on integrating clearly structured registration and login areas, a rigorously thought-out user journey, a dynamic search mask, and an innovative matching function that facilitates networking.
The new personnel platform impresses with a fresh corporate design that clearly communicates the identity of Job & Personal and appeals to the two main target groups, entrepreneurs and graduates. The platform is available in German and English and offers both companies and applicants a direct, efficient way to connect.
