THE WEBSITE RELAUNCH AT A GLANCE

If your website is getting on in years, it's time for a relaunch. With a modern look and responsive design, you can show that you are at home in the digital world and know what modern internet users want. In the following, our web agency from Munich will give you some insights into how exactly the relaunch process works and how you can achieve better Google rankings in the future.

Relaunching your website - explained step by step

1. KICK-OFF PROCESS AND ANALYSIS

What exactly are the needs of your target group and your wishes for a new, modern website? As a kick-off, our advertising agency from Munich will conduct a workshop lasting several hours. In this workshop, we talk about your ideas and gain an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of your website.

We summarize the collected findings and carry out an analysis of the direction in which the development of your new website should go. This is the most important basis for our project team.

2. DEVELOPMENT OF A CONCEPT

Your new website should not only look contemporary, but also achieve the best rankings on Google by fulfilling all important SEO criteria and meet the highest usability standards.

In order to be able to implement this later, it primarily depends on a basis: The content-related conception of the sitemap and page structure. This flows into the creation of a website concept for you. In addition to analyzing your website, our project team takes a look at the efforts of your direct competitors and incorporates the results into the development of the new site.
Our web agency in Munich relies on various experts from areas such as online marketing, SEO and web development. Together, they will create a concept for your relaunch that is convincing in all of these areas.

3. IMPLEMENTATION & PRESENTATION OF THE PROTOTYPE

To give you a quick idea of the new visual appearance of your website, we implement a prototype promptly. This is first created statically and then brought into the digital world.
The prototype already includes all the basic elements of your new website, from the layout to the desired menu structures. Thanks to Adobe Experience Design, an interactive design of the prototype is possible. Our screen designers can create various page types with exemplary content (dummy texts, test images) and test them in live preview mode on mobile devices (iPhone, Android, tablets).

As soon as our prototype has been developed, we will present it to you and use the visual basis for further consultation. This step does not necessarily have to take place on your premises. We will be happy to discuss the prototype with you in a video conference and respond to your suggestions for further development. You can follow our screen via a link and give us direct feedback.

4. EDITORIAL AND PHOTOS

Many of the texts and images in the prototype are still placeholders. Once you have approved our developed concept, we will fill your new website with life. On the one hand, we develop texts at a journalistic level that incorporate SEO aspects as well as factual quality. If you are planning an international website, we will provide a precise translation.

Our creative team will also take photos of your building, your employees or other motifs. In addition to jointly selecting the photographer from our portfolio, we develop the photographer briefing and the timetable for the shoot. On location, we provide direction/shooting support to ensure a good result. Here, too, we cater to your creative wishes, whether you want to present your company in a classic, modern or neutral way during the relaunch.
We always document the individual steps and work results in our project management tool. Of course, the entire project team has access to this and can track all to-dos, responsibilities, deadlines, etc.

5. TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

All of the collected content is now compiled by our developers into a functional and cleanly programmed website. We rely on a content management system (CMS) so that you can subsequently edit the content yourself. As an agency, we have deliberately not committed ourselves to one CMS system, but always offer the best tool for the project. This allows us to be more flexible in the respective projects and you as the customer are more satisfied with the result.

During development, the focus is on optimal visibility on all end user devices. After all, many customers of our advertising agency in Munich opt for a relaunch because the old website is not displayed attractively on smartphones and tablets.

6. THE FINAL STEPS

Once your new website is technically ready, all content will be reviewed once again. You, as the customer, can view the current status of the detailed pages throughout the entire process in the password-protected development area (staging area). Once we are convinced of your website's strong performance, the final approval is required. As soon as you approve and accept your site, we go live. If you go live yourself, this corresponds to your approval and acceptance. This concludes our work.
However, this does not mean that we leave you alone! We are of course still available to you and offer support. This can be provided through a retainer agreement, a support contract, or simply through monthly billing for the hours worked. We would be happy to discuss which solution is best for you in a personal consultation.
