Google Campaign for Living Isar

Living Isar is a residential complex in Munich's Giesing district. A digital campaign was required for the new development, located directly on the Isar floodplains, to enable rapid sales of the one- to five-room apartments.

Our agency implemented a Google Ads campaign for Living Isar, supplemented by banner ads as Google Display Ads. As part of the advertising campaign, we highlighted the property's unique features and unique selling points, such as the high quality of life thanks to its rare location on the Isar floodplains. The successful campaign helped the developer quickly generate a large number of inquiries and quickly finalize the sale of all apartments.
