PROJECT DESCRIPTION

To market the renovated "Sapporobogen" office building, the agency vierzehn02 developed a holistic, comprehensive campaign concept on behalf of Württembergische Versicherungs AG: from traditional communications to outdoor advertising and social media to extraordinary events.

The "sapporo arts," "sapporo business," and "sapporo food" sections were positioned under the umbrella brand "sapporobogen." The campaign's goal: to fill the building with life—a concept that worked. A comprehensive branding campaign was implemented, including a catchy slogan, an out-of-home campaign (facade banner, facade projection, construction site fence with aesthetic communication, life column, and construction sign), and traditional media such as print communication (brochure), as well as a comprehensive website.

Several art events were also held under the TAG (Temporary Art Gallery) brand. These vernissages and closing events were covered by the in-house property magazine, the press, and social media. Interested parties and tenants were quickly found.
