Instagram Marketing for Stud.io

The Stud.io residence hall in Munich will be offering apartments for students in a modern designer style starting in April 2022. To ensure full initial occupancy of the residence hall and to generate interest among suitable, young tenants, our agency was commissioned to implement a social media campaign. For this purpose, we chose Instagram as a social network, one of the most important platforms for the student generation.

Our tasks included developing a social media concept for the platform, as well as setting up and maintaining the account on an ongoing basis. With tips on the city of Munich and affordable student housing, we were able to generate a large number of followers over the course of the campaign, which also applied to direct inquiries to Stud.io about student life in the heart of Munich.
