PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Identity for a New Piece of Munich
The Orleanshöfe, a vibrant residential and workspace district, is being created directly next to Munich's Ostbahnhof (Eastern Train Station), embedded in the traditional French Quarter. We developed a striking logo and a holistic corporate design approach for the ensemble. The logo captures the idea of connected courtyards and thus conveys the character of the project: a versatile place that combines community, urbanity, and quality. The color scheme of the design creates a subtle connection to France – a subtle reference to its location in the culturally rich district. The goal was to create a visual identity that appeals to both commercial and residential target groups and visualizes the urban development concept of the Orleanshöfe as an ensemble – clear, high-quality, and with a distinctive identity.
